The current application processes account identifiers and information supplied during login, listing details, test-bid amounts and timestamps, and auction outcomes. Authentication is handled using Clerk, and application records are hosted using Cloudflare services. Additional technical and security logs may be handled by those providers.

2. Purposes

We use this information to authenticate users, maintain listings and test auction records, restrict access to private results, investigate reported problems, and protect the platform against misuse.

3. Sharing and access

Public listings and public auction outcome summaries may be displayed to visitors. Private result records are intended to be accessible only to the signed-in account with matching authorization. Service providers may process data to operate the platform. We do not enable payments in this preview.

4. Storage, safeguards and retention

Authentication and hosting providers may store or process data outside British Columbia. The operator must document actual storage locations, retention schedules, access controls, deletion processes, and incident response before public onboarding. No website can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices and requests

Users should be able to ask about access, correction, or deletion of their personal information where applicable. Requests will require identity verification to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
