Public preview only. HIGHEST currently provides a test-mode auction experience. Test bids do not create an enforceable purchase, charge a payment method, or guarantee fulfillment. Do not pay, ship, or exchange sensitive information based on these test listings.

1. Operator and contact

Operated under the HIGHEST project. Contact: paymentdeka@gmail.com. Operator legal identity must still be finalized before inviting outside users. See Contact & Safety.

2. Accounts

You must supply accurate account information, protect your login, and follow applicable law. HIGHEST can restrict accounts or listings that appear fraudulent or unsafe.

3. Listings and test bids

Only list items you have the right to offer. No counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or misleading goods. Bids are experimental records, not orders. Do not rely on bid results for payment or delivery.

4. Pricing and fees

A future 3% platform fee on completed eligible sales is proposed. It is not charged during this preview. External processing fees and taxes may apply if real transactions are introduced; separate terms and disclosures will be provided before launch.

5. Content and moderation

You remain responsible for your listings. HIGHEST may remove content or limit access to help protect the platform and its users, subject to applicable laws.

6. Availability

This experimental service may change or be interrupted. This notice does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Future paid transactions

Checkout, refunds, fulfillment, disputes and seller payouts are not available. Updated transaction terms, required disclosures, and controls will be provided before accepting paid orders.
